TextBuilder

TextBuilder lets you write a message once, with blanks that Sunbear fills in for each client. When you tap a message on a lead, WhatsApp opens with the text ready. You read it, change it if you like and press send yourself.

Make a message

  1. Open TextBuilder from the menu and tap New text.
  2. Pick a situation, such as a follow-up or a reminder, and give the message a name.
  3. Write the message. Tap a block, like Their first name, to put it where your cursor is. Blocks look like {name} in the text.
  4. Check the preview, then save.

Blocks that need more

Some blocks need information that you add once. Project blocks (for property agents) use the project you pick for a lead, with its name, prices, unit types and links. The appointment block uses the lead’s next booked appointment. If a block has nothing to fill it, Sunbear tells you before you send.

Send it

Open a lead and tap one of its messages. WhatsApp opens on your phone or in WhatsApp Web with the text in the box.

One client at a time

TextBuilder is for writing to a client you already know, one message at a time. It is not for sending the same message to many people at once. WhatsApp can limit or ban accounts that send bulk or unwanted messages, and that is outside our control. Please read our Terms.
