Your first day

Sunbear answers one question each morning: who should I contact today? Here is how to get there.

1. Add a lead

Tap the plus button. Type a first name and a phone number, then save. You can add a last name, a note and where the lead came from, and you can leave them for later. If you pick another country for the number, the country box changes by itself when the number starts with a + and a country code, like +65.

2. Set the next follow-up

Every lead needs a next follow-up date. Tap Tomorrow, 3 days, 1 week or 2 weeks, or tap Pick and choose a day on the calendar. Press OK to confirm it.

3. Open Today

Today lists who to chase, with the ones that are late first. Tap the WhatsApp or phone button next to a name and Sunbear opens it for you. Afterwards, log what happened and set the next date.

4. Move leads along

Leads go through stages as they get closer to a deal. Change a stage from the lead’s page, or open Leads and drag a card. Mark a lead Won or Lost when it ends. Lost leads keep their history.
